We have partnered with The Happiness Index, an independent employee happiness and engagement specialist. We run an annual cultural assessment which enables each and every one of our colleagues to have their say. We also have an online listening portal called My Voice which allows our teams to share how they are feeling at any time, it’s another way in which we can ensure that we are listening to our family.
